Hi, I'm Mercedes Swan
I've been through toxic jobs. I've been through a failing business. Through it all, my goal was to create a life that was truly fulfilling — doing work I love and waking up blissful each day.
That journey is rooted in Black Woman Bliss. Since 2018 I've coached 200+ professionals, drawing on HR, executive recruitment, and DEI to help Black women make powerful moves.
I created this community so Black women can connect with their bliss and build a career, business, and lifestyle they love — in a safe space, together.
